FAQ

How are you supporting #Ukraine?

KRAPKA is donating 100% of our profits (minus wire fees to Ukraine) to support the Ukrainian Credit Union (UCU) Helps Ukraine Project.

Do you provide refunds?

No. KRAPKA does not accept returns because each streetwear is custom made.  We can offer a replacement or a refund if your streetwear is damaged, stained or unfinished when it arrives.  Inspect your KRAPKA streetwear as soon as you get it.  If its damaged, stained or unfinished, tell us at krapka@decidium.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Include a photograph of the damaged, stained or unfinished product in your email, and tell us your preference of receiving a replacement product or refund. Refunds may take several days to appear on your credit card account.  Replacements will take 15 days to recieve.

Where do you ship to?

KRAPKA ships to Canada and the United States only.

What does it cost to ship?

KRAPKA shipping costs are:  across Canada, $9.95 (CAN) regardless of where you live; and to the United States, $13.95 (CAN) regardless of where you live.

How will my order be processed?

KRAPKA fills orders in 5 business days upon receiving the order.  Once the streetwear has been created, then the order is shipped via UPS standard shipping. Delivery time is based on a buyer's location and occurs within 1-5 business days.

What is DTG printing?  Is it durable?

KRAPKA uses DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing where ink is directly applied to the garment using a printer with inkjet technology. Our designs are printed directly onto the garment with a printer that uses water-based inks. These inks are absorbed seamlessly into the fibers of the garment.  It allows for clear, high quality and precise image printing.

I'm buying from the US.  Do I pay customs duties?

If you buy $800 (US) or less of KRAPKA products, then you can import your streetwear into the US free of duties and taxes.  This rule is called "The De Minimis Exemption".  It applies to the value of a shipment of goods that are imported by one person on one day into the United States.
