100% cotton chino twill:  Made from natural cotton fibres; weaving technique makes it different from other cotton caps; true cotton twill fabric woven in a series of parallel diagonal ribs, with the ribs visible depending on yarn used; results in durability, softness & resistance to wrinkling.

Unstructured:  Soft, comfortable fit to the head, without buckram reinforcement - e.g., cotton fabric dipped in plastic-like bath that can be seen through front panels.

Profile: Low profile with a shallow 3 1/8" crown with the brim of the cap resting somewhere on the forehead when pulled down for a clean, sharp look.

Visor:  Curved Permacurv® technology that always maintains its proper shape and curve.

Panels:  Traditional six triangular panel construction sewn together in a round shape creating a seam running down the middle of the cap.

Closure: Adjustable tuck strap with antique brass buckle closure with grommet.

Embroidery: Design is sewn into cap using a needle and polyester thread; backing placed on inner portion to keep stitches together & ensure design does not unravel.
